OUR 14-DAY RETURN POLICY

We offer a 14-day return policy to ensure your shopping experience is as straightforward and satisfactory as possible. You have 14 days from the day you receive your item to initiate a return if you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase.

 CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS

 Unfortunately, we will not be able to accept your return if:

  • Worn or Washed: Items have been worn, washed, or show signs of use.
  • Missing Hangtag: The original hangtag is missing.
  • Altered Items: Items have been altered or customized.
  • Odors: Items have strong odors such as perfume, smoke, or body odor.
  • Incomplete Returns: Items are returned without all original packaging, accessories, or gifts included in the purchase.
  • Past Return Period: Items are returned outside the specified return period.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Items marked as final sale or non-returnable at the time of purchase.
  • Incorrect Items: Items do not match the original purchase order.
  • Excessive Wear and Tear: Items show excessive wear and tear beyond normal use.
  • Incomplete Documentation: Returns without a completed return form or without a valid receipt/proof of purchase.
  • Misuse of Product: Items damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper care.

 

HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

Fill Out the Return Form: To initiate a return, please fill out our Return Form. Make sure to include your order number and the reason for the return. Once submitted, you will receive further instructions via email.

Prepare Your Return Package: Carefully package the items you’re returning along with the packing slip that was included in your original shipment. This will help us process your return efficiently.

Ship Your Return: Send your package back to us using the carrier of your choice. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was incorrect or damaged.

Receive Your Refund: Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect the items to ensure they meet our return policy criteria. If everything checks out, we’ll issue your refund or process your exchange within 5 business days after receiving the items.

REFUNDS

Once the return is received, the items go through our quality control process which can take up to 5 business days. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please be patient as your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund.
